Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan set to clash in ‘THE FOREIGNER’

On October 13^th 2017, look out for the action thriller, The Foreigner, which stars   versatile actor/director/ martial artist Jackie Chan and Daniel Craig’s immediate James Bond predecessor Pierce Brosnan, an amazing star billing since Chan and Chris Tucker in the Rush Hour franchise, only this time, Jackie and Pierce will NOT be exchanging jokes or banter!

REEL SUM UP:

Based on Stephen Leather’s 1992 novel, ‘The Chinaman’, Chan plays a restaurant owner and former military commando in London’s Chinatown who embarks on a mission of revenge after rogue IRA terrorists kill his daughter. When the government official-and possibly former IRA member- he approaches (Pierce Brosnan) refuses to give him the names of the terrorists responsible, he takes matters into his own hands. The movie is directed by Martin Campbell (Golden Eye, The Mask of Zorro, The Legend of Zorro, Casino Royale, Green Lantern) and Chan is co-producer.
